Which would be dependant on their knowledge in the matters of the selling and the buying of property. Or otherwise working in conjunction with myself as the acting Agent. With the agency JB House & Land being the agency authorised to list and then sell your property. My background (in broad terms), is that i have been continously engaged in the industry for over 22 years. Operating in most facets of the real estate property industry overall.
