Welcome to my Website ! -in progress ...

My main purpose here is to enable vendors when selling their property, to have more  of an an opportunity or('a real alternative')  to participate in the process. Which would be dependent on their knowledge in the matters of the selling and the buying of property.

They can either elect to list and sell the property themselves, while having a 'lifeline'  to myself. Acting in the capacity as a Consultant(not as an Agent).  Or otherwise working in conjunction with myself as the acting Agent. With this Agency being authorized to list and then sell your property.

My background(in broad terms), is that i have been continuously engaged in the industry for over 22 years. Operating in most facets of the real estate property industry overall.

Whereas my profile will be presented to you upon  introduction. The purpose of my website here today is just the 'initial'  introduction  to the JBP 'Business Concept Model'. 

While it should be stated herein that this variation   in application, is not intended to take away from the industry -only to apply some things  a bit better and to give vendors a real option,  in how they may  wish to sell their property.
